Our administrative staff have many years of specialist medical administrative experience. 
The staff provide efficient and knowledgeable administrative support, and a high level of care and understanding to patients at every stage of their surgery, we are here to assist you at all levels and provide a smooth patient and doctor experience.

Staff are responsible for all patient bookings, preparing and sending estimates of the cost for Anaesthetic services, receiving patient informed financial consent, billing processes and account finalisation and billing.
